FIELD: control of consumers irrespective of load. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic distributor has two restrictors for control of limiting flow rate of working fluid within total range of stroke of throttling spool valve; one restrictor is fitted in control hydraulic line of throttling valve and other restrictor is fitted in additional hydraulic line connecting the control hydraulic line of throttling valve with pressure hydraulic line. Restrictors are provided with single control mechanism which makes it possible to change flow section of restrictors and to set required pressure differential on throttling spool valve, thus adjusting flow rate of working fluid. EFFECT: possibility of simultaneously controlling several consumers irrespective of load. 3 cl, 1 dwg
