SUBSTANCE: deflecting components (metal gauzes) are installed before the object in the form of blinds at an angle to each other at a distance between them exceeding the rocket length, and the distance between them and the object wall makes up 1 to 15 rocket lengths. The metal gauzes of blinds have cells of different sizes and are in a free loose state. The blind that is nearest to the object has cells whose size is at least half and not exceeding one bullet caliber. The protective device has an additional steel shield on the inner or outer side of the structure for neutralizing the action of penetrating bullets and fragments of cumulative jet.
