GAS CHROMATOGRAPH FOR ANALYSIS OF SUBSTANCES IN MIXTURES OF GASES AND/OR VAPORS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: chromatography. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas chromatographer for analysis of substances in mixtures of gases and/or vapors has source of gas carrier, device to inject metered quantity of analyzed mixture into gas carrier that includes tube with metering internal space which one end is connected to source of gas carrier with the aid of pipe-line where controlled shut-off valve is positioned and to pipe-line that supplies analyzed mixture of substances, chromatographic column which inlet is connected to second end of tube with metering internal space, agitator and detector. Chromatograph has additional pipe-line to supply gas carrier connecting source of gas carrier to outlet of chromatographic column. It is also equipped with three limiters of gas flow, one of them being positioned in additional pipe-line, second one is located in pipe-line supplying analyzed mixture of substances and third one is connected to agitator.
