FIELD: electric energy generation in difficult-to-get- at locations. SUBSTANCE: process includes displacement of magnetic field relative to conductor in barrel adapter when shell is shot. Novelty is that DC magnetic field is built up by permanent magnet placed in shell head and that barrel adapter has nonmagnetic inner surface and magnetic outer surface. Electric energy is picked off barrel adapter conductor. EFFECT: provision for supplying electricity to stationary objects in remote locations by using equipment of other than power generation application.
