FIELD: medicine; early diagnostics of vascular diseases. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of reduction of intravascular pressure with simultaneous recording of pulse wave propagation time up to moment peripheral pulse ceases. Then reactivity threshold is determined by value of intravascular pressure reduction required to increase pulse wave propagation time by 0.01 s. Vessel reactivity variation is determined by deviation of reactivity threshold of patients of first maturity period from minus 5.99±0.29 mm Hg/0.01 s and patients of second maturity period, from minus 8.05±0.31 Hg/0.01 s.
