FIELD: purification of waste water through settling. SUBSTANCE: settler has housing with cylindrical and conical sections, supply and discharge branch pipes and waste water distributor which is made in form of taper nozzle at end of waste water supply branch pipe; secured in its longitudinal slots are plates with disks secured on their opposite ends; this has radial cuts over periphery. Secured in slots are ends of angle-pieces supported by taper section of housing at other end; angle-pieces are mounted at angle relative to radius. Each angle-piece is closed over entire length by angle-piece mounted at clearance between its ends and walls of closed angle-piece. Closing angle-pieces are supported by bushes provided with adjusting rings fitted on rods secured at tops of closed angle-pieces. Nuts secured on threaded ends of rods are used to hold closing angle-pieces. EFFECT: increased productivity of process. 3 dwg
