FIELD: technology of water and air purification.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of waste water from fats and other organic contaminants and can be used in food industry, power engineering, automotive industry. Device comprises a flotation tank with an installed branch pipe for supplying purified water, a collector of contaminants with branch pipes, an aerator, branch pipes for removing purified water and sludge. Aerator is made in the form of a supply line from polyethylene material, on which there is a T-distributor, angular compressed air distributor is rigidly mounted at the end. Compressed air source used is an annular compressed air jet propulsor. Compressed air propulsor consists of a rotor, on the free end of which there is a radial fan, an annular disc rigidly connected to an additional disc of a smaller diameter, hollow drive shaft. Rotor is placed inside the drive shaft of the disc of a smaller diameter with possibility of its rotation in the direction opposite to the side of the shaft rotation. Annular gap between annular disc and additional disc arranged under it is made with decreasing cross-section with distance from axis of symmetry. Along the upper boundary of the conical bottom of the flotation tank there is an annular pipeline made of polyethylene material, communicated with annular jet propeller through T-distributor. Annular pipeline contains holes in which cylindrical tubes in the form of a tube bundle of polyethylene material are screwed, and made downwards towards the conical bottom to release air or water for flushing. In the bottom there is a hole for removal of contaminants in the form of settled fractions, in which a branch pipe is installed, at the end of which there is a shut-off valve. Water pump is connected to the supply line. Annular jet propulsor is provided with gas analyzer.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of waste water treatment from fats and other organic contaminants; reduced power consumption.
