FIELD: cardiac surgery. SUBSTANCE: in the step of forming intercaval tubal duct, wound border of right auricle nearest to atrioventricular groove is sutured to lateral border of interauricular defect and medial wall of right auricle. Coronary blood flow is restored. Wound border of right auricle more distant from atrioventricular groove is sutured to sutured medial flap of wound of right auricle. Formation of intercaval tubal duct permits reducing time of intraoperational myocardial ischemia, preventing intercardial obstruction of ostium of pulmonary vein, and forming vaster cavity of intercaval canal owing to use of additional area of medial flap of lateral wall of right auricle. EFFECT: improved correction. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
