FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating pipeline connecting the pulmonary veins mouths in the wall of the vena cava inferior with the interatrial septum defect. The pipeline cover is produced from the external wall of the right atrium with feeding base retained. The pipeline has cross-section equal to the sum of all cross-sections of the anomalous pulmonary veins mouths. The suture fixing the flap edges does not intersect the lines connecting the boundaries of the interatrial septum defect and any mouth of anomalously entering pulmonary veins. EFFECT: reduced operation risk and risk of traumatic complications.
