FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: 20% suspension of sheep erythrocytes is intraperitoneally introduced into experimental laboratory mice in amount 0.2 ml per one mouse. As a consequence, 1 hr later, depression of number of circulating neutrophil granulocytes is developed and also depression of indexes of principal functions in animals: receptor, microbicidal systems. On fifth day, marked and stable depression of phagocytic activity and digesting capability of neutrophil granulocytes is observed. EFFECT: enabled experimental model of immunodeficient conditions based on neutrophil granulocytes to test correcting effects of immunomodulating preparations. 3 cl, 4 tbl
