SUBSTANCE: device has control digital computer 3, which outputs are connected through interface units 4 to indicators 5 and actuating member of simulators 6 and training systems 7. In addition device has flight information input unit 2 and flight information reading unit 1 which are connected to each other. In addition device has serial circuit of hard-disk external memory unit 8 which is connected to control digital computer, flight information receiver 9 and interface control unit 16, which output is connected to input of control digital computer 3. In addition device has serial circuit of frame decoder 10, which input is connected to output of flight information receiver 9, single instruction unpacking unit 11 and final frame generation unit 15, which output is connected to second input of interface control unit 16, which output is connected to fourth input of final frame generation unit 15. In addition device has serial circuit of first scaling unit 12, which input is connected to second output of frame decoder 10, filtration unit 13 and second scaling unit 14, which output is connected to second input of final frame generation unit 15, which third input is connected to third output of frame decoder 10. In addition flight information input unit 2 is connected to control digital computer 3.
