FIELD: manufacture of superhard materials from carbon mass. SUBSTANCE: characteristic feature of proposed process lies in usage of cavitation generator to create temperature and barometric action on mass carrying carbon to transmute it to superhard material. Graphite powder fed into generator together with fluid and catalyst is employed in the capacity of carbon mass.
