FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in operation of oil wells primarily those of them with bore-holes deviated by sucker rod pumps. Rod string of sucker rod pump incorporating pump rods and blind couplings is provided with pivoted couplings installed along length of rod string at sections of bore-hole deviation and at lower part of rod string. Pivoted couplings are made in the form of sleeve with internal bore and connecting thread at one end for pump rod, and split supporting bush which is rigidly connected with other end of sleeve. It is provided with tapered bore located inside sleeve at level of its bore. Also incorporated is half-rod with spherical head-piece which is located in bore of sleeve and is kinematically linked simultaneously with tapered bore in split supporting bush and end of rod which is screwed in threaded end of sleeve. Body of half-rod is seated in axial hole of split supporting bush with radial clearance. Aforesaid embodiment of sucker pump rod string allows for enhancing reliability and longevity of rod string when operating in incline-directed and deviated bore-holes. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
