According to method, lowered into perforated well in hermetically sealed body are charges of combustible or explosive materials. Charges are ignited or blown in zone of bed. Charges are used in the form of powder blocks of solid reactive fuel or explosive material, and they are filled with hydrocarbon fuel. Overheated gases created due to burning of combustible or explosive material and hydrocarbon fuel are evacuated through passages in body which are closed with plugs. Provided inside body are means for igniting or blowing of charges. These means have wire for supplying electric current. Device is lowered into well by geophysical cable. Water solutions can be located separately in body. Powder blocks contain nitroglycerin itself or nitroglycerin powder. Piston can be installed between combustible or explosive charges and water solutions. Screens can be installed above and below body.
