FIELD: building up vacuum. SUBSTANCE: plant is provided with jet flow converter which includes expansion chamber and profiled flow section located after it. Inlet of expansion chamber is connected to outlet of liquid-gas jet apparatus; profiled flow section of converter is connected to separator at flow outlet. Gas-and-liquid mixture is fed from jet apparatus to jet converter where gas-and-liquid flow is first converter into supersonic flow and then it is decelerated at shock wave; then gas-and-liquid flow is delivered to separator where it is separated into compressed gas and liquid medium.
