FIELD: military equipment, in particular, guided missiles or rockets. SUBSTANCE: detachable nose cone of guided missile has an ogive shell, whose open rear end is fitted to connection to the front end of the missile and holding of the cone in it, and a nose detachment device installed in the cavity formed in the inner part of the shell; the nose detachment device is made as a stepped piston. The step of the piston lesser diameter is located in the central through hole formed in the nose shell and furnished with a restraining arm in the form of a screw aligned with the piston and screwed in its front end face, and having a head whose diameter exceeds the diameter of the piston smaller step. The larger diameter step is installed in space between the end face of the shell inner cavity and the front end of the missile so that a sealed chamber is formed between the shell and piston; an electric primer is mounted on the rear end face of the piston of the detachment device with a shift relative to its longitudinal axis; the primer prechamber communicates with the device sealed chamber. Installed in the front part of the shell perpendicularly to its longitudinal axis is a thrust member, for instance a screw or pin, for engagement with the restraining arm when the shell moves along the piston.
