FIELD: military equipment, applicable in salvo jet projectiles. SUBSTANCE: high-explosive warhead has a body with a detachable bottom and evenly contracting nose section, and an explosive charge, layer of ready-made fragments (spherical-shaped) located in the body, and an exploder with an initiating explosive charge located in the body nose. The warhead is furnished with a solid-state neodymium laser with pumping directly in the explosive charge coaxially to the body in its evenly contracting section and fastened in the mounting seat connected to the warhead body by means of stiffening ribs. The warhead is furnished with a central tube having an inside diameter of not less than that of the laser outlet, its front section is rigidly fastened to the laser body by means of an adapter, and the tube rear section is installed in the mounting seat of the warhead bottom in the same axis with the second initiating explosive charge fastened to the bottom.
