FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: insertion insole has soft resilient lower layer 2 made from nontoxic material compatible with organic substances, flexible upper layer 1 of natural tanned leather, and tenons arranged in groups on portions of insole surface. Tenons are chosen on the basis of zone therapy theory, made from resilient material and fastened in lower soft resilient layer 2. Widened tenon base 6 is fastened in related recess 4 of lower layer 2. Tenon has widened head 8 with rounded upper part of diameter slightly exceeding diameter of opening 3. Tenon head 8 rests with its lower edges on flexible upper layer 1. Tenons may be readily mounted in required zone or replaced.
