SUBSTANCE: invention relates to health-saving shoes on high and ultra-high heel, which comprises insert insole corresponding to main, shortened in length, narrowed in width, wherein in waist area is built wider than main insole to close slots between main insole and tightened top of shoes, and also includes elements, inhibiting movement of foot along insole, wherein health saving, in particular, shock absorption, is provided in high-bay footwear due to regulated movement of forefoot and deformation of elastic elements installed in insole; and in shoes on extra-high heel shock absorption is created only by elastic elements arranged in insole.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing shock absorption, created during interaction of foot and shoes.
