FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating cyclic stepwise increasing negative pressure on the mammary gland region and controlling its level at each stage for some predefined time. Before applying local negative pressure during every treatment course, stimulating physical training exercises are carried out to achieve predominant development of lesser and greater thoracic muscles, hygienic massage of mammary glands, point massage and local negative pressure are applied to the mammary glands. Polyvitamin complexes, female hormones, medical preparations are administered depending on female hormones level in the organism at given phase of menstrual cycle. Negative pressure is to be applied daily with the exception of menstrual cycle days until the fourth day of the dry stage of the cycle and localized at the mammary glands base in placing them into corresponding small size pressure chambers to achieve level preceding to manifestations of appearing discomfort signs. EFFECT: increased size of mammary glands.
