FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: one should detect and register valuable signs of hormonal disorders according to data of patient's general inspection by detecting peculiarities of constitutional-phenotypical signs and obstetric-gynecological anamnesis followed by detecting hypoestrogenic, hyperestrogenic and hyperandrogenic types of hormonal disorders. Moreover, one should perform general inspection, obtain anamnesis and carry out gynecological inspection, fill patient's questionnaire containing criteria differentiated by hypoestrogenic, hyperestrogenic and hyperandrogenic types of hormonal disorders in women, moreover, each detected sign has the 1-point value, then all obtained points should be summed up and at their sum being 0-15 it is possible to detect the absence of disorders in female hormonal status, at sum of points being within 16-30 the availability of subclinically pronounced disorder of hormonal status, and at sum of points being 31 and higher clinically pronounced disorder of hormonal status.
