AQUEOUS DISPERSED PAINT Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: painting of concrete, brick, wood, plastered and other porous surfaces when finishing interiors of rooms. SUBSTANCE: claimed aqueous dispersed paint is made from acrylic binder and alkyd varnish additive and comprises pigments, fillers, desired additives, and water. Acrylic binder is 15-20% aqueous solution of ammonium salt of butadiene-acrylonitrile- methacrylic acid copolymer containing 50:20:30 wt parts of monomers. Coating based on the claimed aqueous dispersed paint has good painting and technical and physico-mechanical properties and contains reduced content of polymeric binder in paint composition.
