SUBSTANCE: the blades fastened in a bush are made of plate material and acquire the final shape at moulding on a cylindrical die, whose axis intersects with the blade axis. The obtained shape may be cut in the peripheral section, which will not result in a considerable change of efficiency. The inlet and outlet blade edges are made in the form of two conjugated radii and cut out by means of radius gauges. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
