SUBSTANCE: device measuring density of liquid is equipped with generator of acoustic oscillations manufactured in the form of diaphragm and placed in upper part of former of flat acoustic wave, pneumatic vessel, source of constant flow rate, translation unit, control unit, translation meter. Source of constant flow rate, generator of acoustic oscillations and former of flat acoustic wave are connected to pneumatic vessel. Meter of sound pressure fabricated in the form of jet turbulent amplifier which output is connected to unit controlling translation unit is placed inside former of flat acoustic wave. Translation unit is linked to pneumatic vessel and to translation meter.
