FIELD: geophysical instrument engineering, applicable as a memory of seismic signals at seismostation intended for operation on areas with enhanced level of seismic noise, for instance, in places directly adjoining industrial objects at explorations and engineering surveys. SUBSTANCE: a delta modulator and integrator are introduced into the memory, they are used as an analog-to-digital converter and digital-to-analog converter, respectively. EFFECT: reduced level of regular equipment noise and reduced cost. 1 dwg
