FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with flow rate limiting channel provided with partition walls. Channel walls and partition walls define gaps. By moving wall formed as resilient membrane and, consequently, altering gap size, hydraulic resistance of fluid in channel is changed in response to changing pressure of delivered fluid. Gaps have height increasing from one opening to another. When pressure of delivered fluid is increased, gaps are closed in succession to maintain uniform flow of fluid to discharge opening and through it, despite changes in pressure of delivered fluid.
