SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid flow control devices. Flow control valve (100) comprises a portion of the main part, having a delivery hole, through which inlet hole (100i) is formed at one end and outlet hole (100°) at the opposite end. Inlet opening (100i) is provided with a flow control surface (104) and at least two side walls (102) passing distally from control surface (104) in the direction of outlet opening (100°). At least a portion of the inlet comprises flexible materials configured to respond to said inlet in response to changes in pressures applied to at least a portion of said inlet, and wherein in response to this, flow control surface (104) controls the output flow through the flow control valve (100). Flow control surface (104) is provided with at least one flow control hole (110, 210) for controlling the outlet flow through the valve. At least one flow adjustment hole (110) has a polygonal configuration forming two edges (112, 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d), having one common vertex (114). Two edges (112, 212, 212a, 212b) have different lengths, forming first edge (212a) and second edge (212b). Each of the edges has second vertex (116, 216, 216a, 216b) located at a distance from each other, forming base (118, 218) of said polygon, and wherein said base does not extend beyond imaginary plane (218p) formed outside with respect to said second vertex. In response to increase of pressure applied to the above inlet hole, at least one base or at least the above two edges are made with possibility of being compressed inside the above adjustment holes (110, 210) of flow in the direction of each other.
EFFECT: maintaining practically constant outlet flow of liquid even at abrupt pressure changes.
