SUBSTANCE: elastic obturator treated with liquid antiseptic closes skin round fistula by its outer disk whereas surface of its inner disk is in close contact with defect of intestinal wall. Disk diameters are 1.5-2-fold superior to inner opening of fistulous passage. EFFECT: provided double insulation of skin round inner opening of fistulous passage from intestinal contents.
