FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making wound in the abdominal wall for carrying out intestinal suture extraperitonization. Wound length becomes small when moving from internal abdominal cavity surface to the external one. Wound length is equal to 8-15 cm in parietal peritoneum and to 1.5-2.5 cm in the external part of the external oblique abdominal muscle, subcutaneous fat layer and skin. Peritoneum is sutured to intestine wall or mesentery in particular cases together with transverse abdominal fascia.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of purulent complications.
