HOMOGENIZER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: production of colloid-monodisperse systems in chemical, petrochemical, food, microbiological, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: homogenizer uses reception and drain vessels, pump with a drive, connecting pipelines and a homogenizing head with a swirlchamber. The homogenizing head has a throttling unit, hydroacoustic nozzles, resonance chambers. The swirlchamber is aligned with the hydroacoustic nozzles directed in opposite directions. The throttling unit is furnished with a cone made for axial displacement. The effect is in improvement of the quality of the final product due to intensification of the process of influence of hydroacoustic energy, separation of flow in the swirlchamber and additional treatment of product in resonance chambers running free, and improving the amplitude-frequency characteristic of generated waves.
