FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to boring rock destroying tool, particularly for driving deep wells in geologically complicated conditions and for exposure of producing formation by boring. The hydro-acoustic device consists of a case with a watercourse, of a bore bit, of a unit for generating hydro-acoustic waves, and of an ejecting unit with nozzles for creating depression. The unit for generating hydroacoustic waves is made in form of a toroidal resonance chamber with conjugating inlet and outlet circular channels and is equipped with a fairing installed on centering ribs coaxially to the case, thus forming a circular nozzle, while surface of the fairing directed towards flow is made either in form of cone, or in form of paraboloid, also its opposite part is made in form of exponential surface of rotation. The watercourse of the case is hydraulically communicated with nozzles of the ejection unit and with the conjugated inlet and outlet circular channels of the toroidal resonance chamber; additionally, normal cross section of the resonance chamber to its axis has circular or elliptic shape.

EFFECT: maintaining natural yield of formation in process of its primary exposing.
