FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: satellites of planetary reduction gear form satellite modular units. Each modular unit has splined shaft with spacer bush, two single-rim satellites, two thrust rings and two rolling-contact bearings closed by two compensating bushes. Cylindrical body of carrier is closed by means of two end flanges and is articulated with other members of reduction gear by means of two rolling-contact bearings. Modular satellite units are mounted in radially coaxial through locating holes of body. Rectangular holes of carrier body arranged in staggered order are used for mounting the satellites. Central locating hole of carrier is used for mounting the drive shaft with sun gear wheel. length of teeth of sun and crown gear wheels is increased by sum of multirows of satellites. Such arrangement of reduction gear increases number of planetary rows in axial direction of reduction gear. EFFECT: increased number of planetary rows; increased single-unit engagement power. 2 cl, 3 dwg
