FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, design of automatic systems for checking electric power consumption. SUBSTANCE: device has generator of reference pulses, detectors of current values of voltage, current, frequency, phase difference and number of deviations outside tolerance range for time unit, pulse counter, four decoders, adder, pulse distributor, two decoders, seventeen groups of AND gates, eight memory registers, indexing unit and four OR gates. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced fifth OR gate, eighteenth and nineteenth groups of AND gates, ninth memory register, and pulse generator. Signal outputs are added to first and third decoders. Second group of information inputs and control input are added to adder. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities due to counting fines to source of poor quality electric power in public mains supply. 3 dwg
