FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, surface soil cultivation. SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has tractor, sectioned leveler 3 and mellowing members 4 positioned in succession. Sections 5-9 of leveler 3 may be moved to transport position and arranged in transverse-vertical and longitudinal-vertical planes relative to advancement direction, when tillage tool travels along roads, and to front working position. Each section 5-9 is formed by one and/or two pairs of bent C-shaped sections joined by rods positioned between vertical strips. Detachable undercutting blades 54 are positioned on lower horizontal strip of front section. Mellowing members 4 are mounted on lower horizontal strip of rear section in equally spaced relation. Sections 5-9 have hydraulic drives 11-14 and are interconnected by pivot joints 22-25. EFFECT: improved quality of tilled soil, increased soil leveling extent and improved mobility of tillage tool. 20 cl, 24 dwg
