FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for equipment actuators lifting from operating to transport position, rotating extreme and side sections around vertical hinges of central section with the help of hydro-drive, disposition of sections along hitch tongue, sections frames fixing to hitch tongue brackets. Hitch tongue is brought to transport position by rolling support wheels under hitch tongue before actuator units are lifted from operating to transport position. Using hydro drive, extreme and side sections are turned around axial-horizontal hinges of central section until frames coincide with axial-vertical planes of hitch tongue. Equipment includes hitch tongue, central, left and right intermediate and extreme frames of sections with mounted actuators, mechanism of intermediate and extreme frame transfer from operating position to transport position, mechanism of central frame transfer to transport position and support wheels mounted on hitch tongue. Extreme frames provided with individual support wheels are conjugated with intermediate frames by horizontal hinges being in axial vertical plane. Each individual frame is connected to central frame by chain coupling having vertical and horizontal hinges in axial vertical plane. Chains are linked with central frame by horizontal hinges, while vertical hinges connect chains with intermediate frames. Mechanism of intermediate and extreme frames transfer controlled by removable hydraulic cylinders is implemented as antiparallelogram. Mobile and stationary parts of hitch tongue are mutually fixed by interlocks and provided with brackets needed for extreme and intermediate frames placing in transport position. Each frame is provided with brackets, rotary beam for actuator unit lifting from operating to transport position and haulage for unit fixing on transport position. Conjugated elements of split sleeve are displaced on each rotary beam ends. Rotary beam of central frame is linked cinematically with central frame lifting mechanism to bring to transport position. Removable hydro-cylinders of extreme and intermediate frames transfer mechanisms can be installed on central frame and their rods can be installed on chain couplings.
