FIELD: mixed feed industry, in particular, production of feeds for animals and poultry from fish, bone or meat-and-bone flour. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding food-processing wastes; mixing with peat and drying at temperature of 90-95 C under pressure of heating steam in housing of drying unit of 0.3-0.5 MPa. Drying is performed till moisture content of ready product reaches 6-10%. Ratio of food-processing wastes and peat is 5-6 : 0.5-1.5, respectively. Cracklings obtained during production of bone and meat-and-bone flour may be used as meat wastes. Method allows balanced feed to be produced.
