FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains, arranged in stacked manner, two-neck flask for solvent, hollow connector communicating with flask through flask neck, extractor with condenser in its upper part, and a tube for pouring extract from extractor into flask. Upper part of vapor-bleeding tube is connected to another tube inside extractor, one end of the latter being oriented downward, in direction of extractor bottom, and the other one upward, in direction of condenser. In the course of hot- solvent extraction, upper tube is stoppered. The second flask neck communicates with a tube, one end of which serves as stopper for this neck and the other is equipped with stopcock. The latter is needed to regulate extract flow from extractor into flask during hot-solvent extraction. EFFECT: enabled extraction at various temperatures, including room temperature. 1 dwg
