FIELD: electromechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine shaft carries commutator placed in plastic case accommodating segments and metal plates made of thin foil of high dielectric constant fitted between shaft and segments; plates are coiled up around shaft; one insulated metal plate is shifted from other one through half the commutator pitch. On outer surface of coil, stripped ends of every other insulated metal plate is connected to pin whose projection beyond coil is radially bent out towards ends of laminations and connected to the latter. On inner surface of coil, , intermediate insulated metal plates are connected through their stripped ends to pins whose projections are radially bent out towards shaft and connected to metal hub fitted onto shaft. Capacitances set up between each lamination and grounded shaft are uniformly distributed over commutator and facilitate operation of running edge of brush contact thereby reducing arcing and electromagnetic radiation energy. EFFECT: reduced noise of machine in operation and improved electromagnetic compatibility with miscellaneous radio electronic systems. 4 dwg
