FIELD: electric drives. SUBSTANCE: device has short-circuited rotor winding with additional ring, which is conjugated to yoke end plate, which contains U-shaped pitches which embrace yoke and are made from alternating magnetic- and current-conducting plates which are electrically connected to short-circuited rings. This results in surface effect in current-conducting plates of U-shaped pitches; thus reaching close to characteristics of asynchronous electric motor with deep cuts or double rotor cage. Heat emission from current which run in rotor winding is passed mainly in end-plate of rotor. EFFECT: improved starting characteristics, temperature mode, increased reliability. 6 cl, 7 dwg
