FIELD: electric machine engineering, design of special electric asynchronous sealed motors used in industrial plants operating under conditions of chemically corrosive, radiation and explosion- risky gaseous atmosphere and liquid media, under high pressure and temperature and including sealed stator. SUBSTANCE: proposed electric motor has rotor and stator mounted in frame and positioned in spaces separated by tight partition. It additionally has two magnetic circuits with one slot located with stator and another slot located with rotor on both sides of partition so that surface of one magnetic circuit on side of slots borders on active surface of stator and similar surface of second magnetic circuit is separated from active surface of rotor by working gap. Rods of short-circuited winding are located in slots of magnetic circuits, rods of one magnetic circuit being electrically connected to rods of second magnetic circuit and shorted by short- circuiting rings on opposite ends. Rods common for both magnetic circuits and passing through sealed holes made in partition are located in slots. Rods are connected to electric pressure-seal feeds-through positioned in partition.
