Shoe with chisel and landside is attached from the bottom to inclined part. Auxiliary share is pivotally fixed to landside. Main share is attached to working side of inclined part and side hoe is fixed to rear side of inclined part so that side hoe cutting edge is positioned in horizontal plane. Such construction allows soil layers to be effectively crumbled without damaging stubble remains.
