FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: flat working tool has hoe cheek with front edges extending in tangent curve and lower edges extending in sinusoidal curve. Share tips and chisel of working tool are separated one from another by length l=0.5-0.6 α, where α is tillage depth. Cheek space is equal to thickness of material from which tine is manufactured. During tillage soil layer is subjected to two different actions performed at time interval. Chisel and obturator are initially acting upon soil layer, with following undercutting and crumbling of remaining part of soil layer by shares.
