SUBSTANCE: proposed device differs from known ones in that it excludes visibility in inner space of vehicle interior in case of emergency at preservation of possibility of observation of ambient medium with recording of results of observation. This is provided by sprayers installed over outer side on vehicle body which expel substance into air medium to preclude visibility and exclude possibility of observation over inner space of body and simultaneously TV cameras are brought out on rods for observation of development of occurrences and determination of required maneuver.
