SUBSTANCE: power plant includes thrust forming unit 26 secured on flying vehicle for turn relative to axis of rotation in plane lying at acute angle relative to vertical axis. Unit 26 may turn in plane through angle of 90 deg. Engine (32A, 32B) of efficient power plant is located inside flying vehicle and is provided with output drive shaft 46 linked with thrust forming unit 26. Shaft-turbine engine 71 attached directly to thrust forming unit 26 has power sufficient for mooring modes. First clutch is provided for disconnection of engine (32A, 32B) of power plant form thrust forming unit 26 and second clutch 73 is provided for disconnection of engine 71 from thrust forming unit.
