FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of vertical take-off and landing aircrafts. Aircraft with hybrid power plant has distributed system of plant electric power, including turbo shaft engine, which drives one or more generators via a reduction gear. Generator provides supply of AC power to multiple fans in annular channels, each of which is made with possibility of being actuated by electric motor. Fans in annular channels can be made integral with aircraft wings. Wings can be attached with possibility of rotation to fuselage, which allows vertical take-off and landing.

EFFECT: attenuation of undesirable transient processes occurring during transition from vertical flight to horizontal flight, fast transition at constant height, which does not require lifting or lowering.
