SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new peptides of the formula (I) A1,A2,A5,C1,C2,C3 where A1-A2-C1-C2-C3-A5 mean different amino acid residues or (lower alkyl)-substituted aminocarboxylic acid residues that are given in p. 1 of an invention. Invention relates to also their salts, method of synthesis, pharmaceutical composition based on peptides and a method of stimulation of growth hormone releasing and increase of its blood content. Compounds of the formula (I) can be used in therapeutic aims for treatment of patients with diseases where growth hormone level should be increased, for milk yield and body mass gain increase in animals.
