SUBSTANCE: plasticizer incorporated in vulcanizable rubber mix comprises oil waste preheated in electric pulse discharge zone and vulcanizable rubber mix comprises the following components (wt part(s):100 rubber; 1.7 sulfur; 0.6 thiuram; 0.2 diphenylguanidine; 60 industrial carbon 803; 40 industrial carbon 701; 3.0 stearin; 5-15 said plasticizer. EFFECT: increased elasticity and plasticity of rubbers due to addition of new plasticizer.
