FIELD: tight joints of caps and necks of round and oval reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: joint may be used for round and oval caps and necks; rings may be provided with rods of various length compensating for errors in manufacture. Outer and inner parts of rods may be shifted. provision is made for wedging fixtures for oval joints. Stops of wedging fixtures may be engageable with outer parts of rods through hole in cap. Wedging fixtures may be also engageable with members (rods) made integral or fitted on outer part of rods. Technical and economical effect is obtained due to replacement of threaded and other joints, reuse of joints, as well as replacement of adhesive and welded joints where it may be expedient.
