FIELD: devices used for military training, in particular, it may attached to the barrel of rifle, for instance M16, and used by servicemen in training with the aid of integrated laser combat system. SUBSTANCE: transmitter uses a casing having a front end with a port through which a laser diode is entered. Two optical wedges are located inside the casing between the laser diode and port. The optical wedges are fastened independently so as to ensure their independent rotation relative to the common optical axis for control of the laser beam. An adjusting head may be physically conjugate to the casing rear end face for rotation of two shafts, with the aid of which the optical wedges are turned, and the transmitter is so adjusted that the serviceman can accurately hit the target, as soon as he aims the rifle sight on it. The laser transmitter can also comprise a sensor for detection of a blank shot, "shot" light-emitting diode installed inside the casing for generation of an optical signal to the adjusting head indicating that the laser diode is excited, and the inductive switch connected to the supply circuit and switched on by the inductance coil in the adjusting head are ready to excite the laser diode.
