FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: when antibody affinity is assessed involving serologic reactions, antibody solution is prepared using titration of serum under examination with coefficient 1:1.1 within the range of serum unit from 0.66 to 1.0. Results of reaction are taken into consideration when they are positive. Affinity antibodies are assumed to be those characterizing by value of potential energy of binding of physical carriers from 1.8 to 2.6 x 10-4 J/cu.m.
